Refund and Return Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be eligible for return.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT – EXCHANGE
If your product arrived defective, please send us the following information:
Full name;
Order number;
Purchase date;
Photo or video of the product in the box as received;
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
Ship the product via postal service and send us the tracking number;
Send us the shipping receipt and your PIX (Brazilian payment method) key so we can reimburse the shipping cost;
Wait for the item to arrive at our company so we can send a replacement;
Once shipped, we will notify you and provide the new tracking number.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a notification confirming we have received your return.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
